What is Management Accounting? Management accounting - summarizing data in order to obtain diverse information for managers or managers to make management decisions.

Currently, management accounting work practice in Lithuania is mainly based on cost reduction. Our team's management accounting, based on many years of experience and knowledge, is not based on the calculation of individual indicators (which is primitive), but from a systemic point of view.

A systemic approach is a real-time, retrospective and prospective assessment of the situation of a certain phenomenon in the environment. Naming the main constituent parts of the phenomenon and discovering the inappropriate factors and, after calculating many economic and financial indicators, proposing alternative solutions to the problem to the management staff.
